Q: How do I place an order?
A: Contact us via email/phone for an initial quote, we would arrange factory tour in China or where already had our production lines on site near your country/area if needed, then have meetings to form a customized solution then confirm with a PO; for sealing materials, we would provide quotes and send samples upon request, and then confirm with a PO.
Q: What are the payment terms and cycle?
A: For equipment products, a 30% deposit is generally required upfront, 65% is to be paid upon completion of production and before shipment, and the remaining 5% is to be paid after the goods arrive, installation, and commissioning are completed. For sealant products, full payment is generally required before shipment. T/T is accepted.
Q: How long does installation, commissioning, and training take after the equipment arrives?
A: For individual equipment, it usually takes 10-15 days, while for entire production lines, it generally takes 21-28 days.
